Shipping Policy

At Stowe Living, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, from purchase to delivery. Please review our shipping policy below for details about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or special orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • We offer calculated shipping options for domestic orders.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. 
  • When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are ESTIMATES ONLY and actual delivery dates may vary

Furniture & Oversized Items:

  • Large furniture and oversized items require special shipping arrangements. Additional fees may apply, which will be calculated at checkout or communicated after purchase.
  • Some of our items require assembly, which may be purchased for eligible items at checkout for an additional fee. Assembly is only available in addition to our In-Home Special Care Delivery service. Assembly includes a 30-minute, non-technical assembly (e.g. attaching the legs to a table, inserting hardware, etc.) and does NOT include more involved assembly and construction or home modification (e.g. wiring lighting, hanging artwork, etc.).

Local Pickup:

  • For local customers, we offer a convenient in-store pickup option at no charge. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we [do/do not] offer international shipping. Please contact us for inquiries about international orders.

Damages & Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
